Rambo Ezam Limbu – Eloura's Flower of the Month for December, 2023 🌻 
 
How fortunate we are to have Rambo at Eloura – Rambo has been with with us for almost three years and while being an exceptionally dedicated carer, he brings such joy and positivity to each day!  
 
“I feel proud of being able to care for the loveliest bunch of residents at QCS... I’m proud of the moments when I see a smile on a resident’s face and feel like I am part of their lives now. I am always thinking of ways to keep residents happy!”

What is your name and your position?  
My name is Rambo Ezam Limbu and I work as care staff at Quirindi Care services. I joined QCS at November 2020. I just cannot believe its been 3 years already. Certainly did not feel like it.  

 

What are you most proud of about your role at QCS?  
I feel proud of being able to care for the loveliest bunch of residents at QCS. Proud of the moments when I see a smile on a resident's face and feel like I am part of their lives now and I am always thinking of ways to keep residents happy. Also proud of being a part of immensely supportive team at Eloura. 

 
What is your favourite part of working at QCS? 
The favourite part of working with QCS would be being able to bring happiness to our resident's lives, and care for them. listening to jokes from our residents is the best part of the job.  

 
Please tell us how you feel QCS makes a difference in the community?
I feel QCS has played vital role in the community. QCS is lucky to be part of such a close knit communtiy where everyone is ready to help QCS provides our residents with the opportunity to connect with others, take part in social activities which fosters the sense of community and belonging .  

 
Is there anything else you would like the community to know?  
I would love for community members to know that their loved ones are being cared for as our own family at Eloura.
